The Story of Magic Kaito (2014)

From the creator of the hit manga series Detective Conan, Gosho Aoyama made once again, a great masterpiece. Magic Kaito is a Japanese animated series that depicts the life of Kaito Kuroba, a normal teenager student. Despite being smart and having resemblance of appearance to Shinichi Kudo of Case Closed, Kaito Kuroba is quirky, funny and is a brilliant illusionist. But prior to that, Kaito Kuroba transforms himself as “Kaito Kid,” a famous gentleman thief in Japan, at night time. He steals precious gems and miraculously returning it again the other day.  Furthermore, Kaito Kuroba is also in love with his childhood friend, Aoko Nakamori whose father is Ginzo Nakamori--the police in charge for capturing “Kaito Kid.”

Kudo Shinichi of Case Closed is a detective that was stored on little boy’s body that uses his intelligence to help people and to discover the truth on the mysteries of his life while Kaito Kuroba disguised himself as a phantom thief who does not only uses his talent to entertain people but also to discover the untold stories of his past.  Two series, two people, two different souls, one same secret, both searching for facts while wearing masks.
